Arbitration charge

On registering a claim to the Court of Arbitration of ARB plaintiff pays arbitration charge in accordance with the following scale:

Up to 50 thousand rubles inclusive	3,5% from the claim’s cost, but not less than 15 minimal monthly remuneration of labor
Up to 100 thousand rubles inclusive	1750 rubles + 3% from the sum exceeding 50 thousand rubles
Up to 500 thousand rubles inclusive	3250 rubles + 2% from the sum exceeding 100 thousand rubles
Up to I million rubles inclusive	11250 rubles + 1% from the sum exceeding 500 thousand rubles
Up to 10 million rubles inclusive	16250 rubles + 0,5% from the sum exceeding 1 million rubles
Up to 50 million rubles inclusive	61250 rubles + 0,25% from the sum exceeding 10 million rubles
Up to 500 million rubles inclusive	161250 rubles + 0,1% from the sum exceeding 50 million rubles
Up to I milliard rubles inclusive	611250 rubles + 0,05% from the sum exceeding 500 million rubles
Up to 2 milliard rubles inclusive	861250 rubles + 0,03% from the sum exceeding 1 milliard rubles
Up to 3 milliard inclusive	1161250 rubles + 0,01% from the sum exceeding 2 milliard rubles
Over 3 milliard rubles	1361250 rubles + 0,015% from the sum exceeding 3 milliard rubles
On arguments of non-property character including acknowledging bargains as null and void	20 minimal monthly remuneration of labor
If plaintiff withdrew the claim before sending of notification about appointing the date of listening of the case, particularly due to the fact that the arguing sides had settled the argument, he receives back 75% of arbitration charge paid by him. If plaintiff withdrew the claim after sending of notification but not later than 1 day before the first listening of the case he receives back 50% of arbitration charge paid by him.
